Refund policy

Faults or Shortfalls

  • Notification of Shortfall: Any shortfall in goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We will either send replacements (where possible) or apply a credit to your account.
  • Non-Delivery: If goods are not delivered, please notify us within 5 working days from the dispatch notification.

Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure all our products are perfect, but occasionally faults may occur. If you receive faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory items, we are happy to offer a replacement or a credit note. However, Pink Cactus & Co will not accept returns of items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident.

How to Return a Purchase

  2. Return Conditions: We can only accept returns within 3 months from the delivery date.

  3. Replacement and Returns Process:

    • Where possible, we will send a replacement product along with a pre-paid returns label for you to return the item (simply drop it off at a post office or a mailbox).
  4. Account Customers: If you have an account with us, we can issue a credit note rather than a refund.

  5. Return Conditions: All returned items must be in their original packaging. We cannot issue refunds for items that are missing their packaging, or show signs of abuse.
